ISHIGAKI Seimi

She became the disciple of the "Koryu Ikebana"* at the age of 15, And opened a "Ikebana"** class when she became a professor.
She started to study under Tsuchiya Muneyoshi, the expert of flower arrangement, in 1985.
At the same time she devoted her time in going to flower markets to train herself.
She focused her attention mainly to Flowers with passion and curiosty.
In 1987 she started the new course of flower arrangement class and the year of 1991, presided the HANA SAERA.
She is skillful in take the space into the flower, mixed the beauty of japanese and western unites into one world.
